Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable Deposit of $500. Remaining balance to be paid 30 days before the event. Cancellation policy is 30 days prior to the event. Any cancellation within the 30 days will be charged a $500 fee. Client acknowledges that the Photo Booth provided is a non-collapsible structure measuring approximately 8 ft x 8 ft x 5 ft and must be able to be transported through all venue access points, including but not limited to doors, hallways, elevators, and entryways. The Vibe Photobooth LLC is unable to service any venue with stairs. Client is solely responsible for ensuring that the venue provides adequate access and clearance for delivery, setup, and removal of the Photo Booth. This includes providing accurate measurements of doorways, hallways, elevators, ramps, and any other access points required for installation. The Vibe Photo Booth LLC shall not be held responsible for failure to set up or delays caused by insufficient access, inaccurate measurements, or lack of accessibility information provided by the Client or venue. Any resulting loss of service due to access issues remains the responsibility of the Client, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. If the Client requests that The Vibe Photo Booth LLC conduct a venue site visit or accessibility survey, outside of the businesses 30 mile radius, prior to the event; an additional non-refundable fee of $200 will apply and must be scheduled in advance.
